You may use Dictantor on supported iOS and watchOS devices for personal and professional purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for any recordings you create, complying with local laws regarding audio recording, and obtaining any required consent, regardless of which device you use to record.

The Apple Watch app is a companion to Dictantor on iPhone and requires a paired iPhone to import and process recordings.

Transfer may be delayed while the iPhone is unavailable. Pending recordings remain on the Apple Watch until transfer can resume.

You retain full ownership of your recordings, transcripts, summaries, and any other content you create using Dictantor.

We strive to keep Dictantor reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app will always operate without errors.

From time to time we may release updates that improve functionality, fix bugs, or introduce new features.

Some features may require newer versions of iOS or watchOS, a paired iPhone, or compatible Apple devices.

Dictantor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dictantor and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the application.

The Dictantor application, its design, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the application except where permitted by law.

You may stop using Dictantor at any time by deleting the application from your iPhone and, if installed, your Apple Watch.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
